Being in the industry since 1990, Tracey has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience about the true meaning of service. Working her way through the ranks and becoming Customer Service/Office Manager with a larger group in the industry, she was exposed to many business areas and learned a wide range of skills along the way. Most importantly, she acquired a better understanding of what every customer deserves. Tracey finds it very rewarding to work with people who share the same ambition and strive to attain what many in this industry lack.
Michael Tucker
Director
Michael began his career in the industry in 1979. He started as an entry-level employee and worked his way up to becoming General Manager of one of the bigger groups in QLD. Over the years, he had an enormous cross-section of experiences across all aspects of the business. His extensive work experience has prepared him for the most crucial role: ensuring REGAL’s operations run smoothly and efficiently while supporting its team members. Michael is grateful to have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team that continues to deliver excellent results and who happens to be family, too.
Chloe Tucker
Office Administrator
Over the last six years in the industry, Chloe has worked with big companies, giving her a wide range of knowledge and experience in processing orders, account management, and customer service. Working at REGAL taught her the importance of genuinely caring for her customers because, just like everyone else, they want to know they are appreciated and valued. This philosophy on customer service is something that Chloe shares with her parents and is something that their team has always taken pride in.
Lindsey Walker
Sales Representative
Lindsey started in the shower screen industry at the age of 15 and obtained a wide variety of skills in office and factory work, installation, and now, sales. Being the sales representative of REGAL gives him the personal enjoyment of catering to each customer’s needs & wants, whether a small retail job or a commercial project. Lindsey is excited to see where REGAL’s leading customer service and quality workmanship will take them and commits to delivering a professional and customer-focused service through and through.
Jayden Tucker
Manufacturing Manager
Jayden started in the family business while still in school and had limited time to assist with operations. But now, he’s a proud team member and is in charge of Production, Manufacturing, and Onsite Installation. Jayden’s job is to ensure that their products are of the highest levels of safety and quality, from design and manufacture to sales, which he considers the most gratifying part of the job.
